I've never seen so much attention of media give to any other street artist than Banksy.Banksy is in the news again this week after trying to donate a piece of art to the Labour Party in the UK and second because he is currently taking a tour across America spreading his politically-toned outdoor urban art.You can check it here.



Siapa Banksy?
Banksy nih merupakan artis grafiti yang berasal dari UK.Banksy cukup terkenal dengan hasil grafitinya yang terdapat di kawasan awam London dan sebahagian lagi di kawasan lain didunia.Hasil kerjanya sentiasa diselit dengan unsur-unsur kapitalis,kemiskinan, peperangan, and politik.
Banksy sentiasa merahsiakan identitinya namun pihak media mendakwa bahawa mereka berjaya mengenalpasti identiti sebenar Banksy.Pihak media mendakwa nama sebenar Banksy adalah Robert @ Robin Banks.
Sebahagian orang menganggap bahawa hasil kerja Banksy merupakan luahan oleh golongan urban yang ingin bersuara namun ada juga yang menganggapnya sebagai vandalism.

Banksy is a street artist from Bristol, UK.Banksy,whose stencilled artwork appears in public places around the world, has never confirmed his identity.His artworks are often-satirical pieces of art on topics such as politics, culture, and ethics.Some believe that his stencilled graffiti provides a voice for those living in urban environments that could not otherwise express themselves, and that his work is also something which improves the aesthetic quality of urban surroundings; many others disagree, asserting that his work is simple vandalism.
